Interview with Timmy, Michael and Lindsay
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Timmy: You get good time automatically. You lose it for bad behavior. I
never lost any time. You only earn good time once you have been
sentenced.
Michael: my probation was terminated after 11 mo for good
behavior and fulfilling all obligations.
Lindsay: No
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Timmy: I don't know what the most you can get is.
Michael: probation in fl. 50% if you dont violate
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Timmy: Fighting, Contraband, Disobeying a direct order from an officer.
Michael: dont violate any conditions or commit a new
offense,pay all fines and fees. complete comm.
